These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.morningroseschool.org (the “Site”) and any purchases, downloads, or services offered through the Site.
The Site and products are operated by Crummy Bunny LLC, doing business as Morning Rose Homeschool (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing the Site or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms.

1) Who we serve
Our Site and products are intended for parents/guardians and adults. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with a parent/guardian’s involvement.

We offer:
• Digital educational products (e.g., PDFs, guides, downloads)
• Printed products fulfilled via print-on-demand (“POD”) through Gumroad, when available
All purchases are for personal, non-commercial use unless we explicitly grant permission in writing.

We sell and deliver products through Gumroad. Our Site may be hosted and managed through Wix. Your use of those platforms may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
We are not responsible for outages, delays, or technical issues caused by third-party platforms, but we’ll make reasonable efforts to help you access what you purchased.

4) Digital delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically (e.g., download links and/or emailed access links). You are responsible for:
• entering a valid email address at checkout
• maintaining access to that email account
• ensuring your device/software can open common file types (PDF, etc.)

5) Print-on-demand (POD) fulfillment
Printed items (if offered) are made to order and shipped through POD fulfillment. Shipping rates, availability, and delivery estimates vary by destination and are shown at checkout when applicable.

6) Cancellations, returns, and refunds
A) Print items (POD)
• Cancellations: You may request cancellation within 2 hours of purchase, provided production has not started.
• Returns: We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind on POD items.
• Damaged/defective/incorrect items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details and we will work to make it right.
B) Digital products
Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be “returned,” all digital sales are final unless otherwise required by law or clearly stated on the product page.
If you have trouble accessing a file you purchased, contact us at cbllc0820@gmail.com and we will help you regain access.

7) License and permitted use
When you purchase or download our materials, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal household use.
You may not:
• share, resell, redistribute, or upload our materials to any website, group, or file-sharing platform
• reproduce or distribute copies outside your household
• claim our work as your own
• use our materials to create competing products or services

If you submit feedback, testimonials, comments, or other content to us (“User Content”), you represent you have the right to share it and it does not violate anyone else’s rights.
You grant us permission to use testimonials/feedback in marketing (e.g., on our Site or social media) without identifying your child and without sharing personal details, unless you explicitly approve in writing.

A) Informal resolution first

B) Courts located in Travis County, Texas
To the extent permitted by applicable law, any claim or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any purchase will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
