Shipping Policy — Morning Rose Homeschool (Print-on-Demand)

Effective date: January 31, 2026

Morning Rose Homeschool offers printed products fulfilled through Gumroad print-on-demand (“POD”) and digital products delivered electronically.

 

1) Where we ship

• United States: Yes

• International: International customers may purchase where POD fulfillment supports delivery.

 

Note: Some destinations may not be available due to carrier limitations, local restrictions, or POD coverage.

 

2) Fulfillment & who ships your order

 

Printed items are made to order and shipped through POD fulfillment. Because items are produced after purchase, production and shipping timelines vary by product type and destination.

 

3) Processing time (print production)

 

Print-on-demand items require production time before shipment (printing, quality checks, and packaging). You will receive a shipping notification and tracking information when available.

 

4) Shipping rates & delivery estimates

• Shipping costs (if any) are displayed at checkout based on destination and product.

• Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.

 

Delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, peak seasons, weather, or other events outside our control.

 

5) Tracking

 

Tracking details are provided when available. Some international shipments may have limited tracking depending on carrier and destination.

 

6) International orders, taxes, and customs

 

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes/VAT, and handling fees. These charges are assessed by your local government/carrier and are not included unless explicitly stated at checkout.

 

7) Address accuracy & changes

 

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

 

If you need to update your address, contact cbllc0820@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order details. Address changes may not be possible once production begins or after shipment.

 

We are not responsible for non-delivery or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Cancellations, Returns, and Replacements (Print Items)

 

8) Cancellations (2-hour window)

 

Because printed items are made to order, cancellations are only available within 2 hours of purchase, provided the order has not entered production.

 

To request a cancellation, email cbllc0820@gmail.com within 2 hours of purchase and include:

• The email used at checkout

• The product name

• The approximate time of purchase

 

If production has already started, we may be unable to cancel the order.

 

9) Returns

 

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind on print-on-demand items.

 

10) Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

 

If your printed item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will work to make it right.

 

Contact cbllc0820@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Order email/receipt details

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item and packaging (if damaged)

 

Eligible issues may be resolved with a replacement or other remedy depending on the circumstances.

Digital Products (No Shipping)

 

11) Digital delivery

 

Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require shipping. Delivery is typically available immediately after purchase, though it can occasionally take a few minutes.
